DIY Bridesmaid Boxes

Hello everyone,

I’ve been so excited to share some of my DIY tips and tricks that I have used throughout the wedding process. As you all know, weddings are extremely expensive and where I could try to do things myself and save some money I was definitely happy (plus it’s often an excuse to get together with the bridesmaids and have some fun!). When I first got engaged I was so excited to ask the special people in my life to be my bridesmaids but I knew I wanted to do it in a creative way. Pintrest is a dream for this sort of thing and helped me to think of fun, special ways I could ask them without it costing a fortune. I loved the ‘will you be my bridesmaid’ esque boxes and got making them straight away. Read More

Bride-to-be… New me?

As many of you may or may not know, I’m getting married this year and for me January is a time to set some clear goals that I want to achieve before the big day. I know, I know everyone says the same thing ‘new year… new me’ but this year I’m determined to look and feel my best for my wedding. The start of a new year felt like the best time to start over and accomplish my aspirations for the year.

Although I’ve set many of these goals based on my wedding, they are quite generic and I’m sure after all the over indulging this Christmas, many of you are hoping for a fresh start this year. Read More

Visiting Edinburgh for Hogmanay

Happy New Year Everyone!

For New Years my friends and I decided to do something a bit different and book a weekend away to Edinburgh. This is somewhere I’ve wanted to visit for quite a while and it didn’t disappoint. It was a long weekend filled with good food, company and an abundance of things to do. It was the perfect way to finish off the Christmas period before going back to work. If you’re considering visiting Edinburgh then I highly recommend you go and if you’re already planning ahead for next NYE then hopefully this may give you some ideas of what you could get up to!

My Top 5 Beauty Favourites of 2017

My Blog

-Hello everyone-

Here it is – finally my own blog.

After wanting to start a blog for a few years but giving myself many excuses, time after time,  I finally decided that 2018 is the year I WILL do it. With many exciting things taking place over the upcoming months I thought it would be the perfect time to stop wanting to do it and finally doing it.

2018 is the year that I will be getting married and potentially  moving country with my fiancé! I know… two pretty major things in the space of about 4 months.  Alongside being a beauty lover, fitness fan and general lifestyle enthusiast I hope to share this crazy journey with you.

Mostly I hope you find this space interesting with many tips and tricks that you may find useful. I know I’ve loved reading other people’s blogs and thought this would be a great time to start mine.
